Have cute dogs taken over the world?

   If you watched the film “Boss Baby” as directed by the award winning American director Tom McGrath, and it didn’t occur to you that cute dogs have taken over the world, then hear it from here, cute dogs have taken over the world! And the victims of this circumstance are children most of the times. These dogs are so cute that reverence is been placed on them than anything else, from neglecting the kid in the house, to unconsciously avoiding the guest in the house.
 
   It is now a fashion for people to be seen walking around with dogs, not scary dogs as before, but beautiful dogs this time around. And the man folk does this the most, as some revealed that it is a self attraction to girls, especially a lover of pets. It is now the target of every student in school to own a dog. Even those that barely afford a three meal square a day. I ones witnessed a student who went to his village to bringing one of such dogs, only for him to be begging neighbors around to feed himself and his dog. Unfortunately, the dog died of starvation a couple of months later.
It is untraceable when this “dog madness” started, but is has been a culture in Westernized countries for quite a well, and a thing of joy to barren couples.
 
   In America for instance, there are dog specialist and dog walkers who give this dogs a special form of treatment, same treatment as a kid will receive. Unlike in Nigeria where dogs are been trained as hunters feeding for it’s owner family. That is why the dogs over this side of this country are more angrier than their other fellow counterparts in other regions. Sadly, after feeding for it’s supposed owner and been like a family to him, they will still kill the presumed dog at Christmas Eve or butcher him down when he/she falls sick. In some ethnic regions, like calabar, dog meat is actually one of their favorites, and a thing believed to be giving their women sexual prowess, as they are unarguably the best love maker’s in the country, so it is believed by many.

   In Nigeria, these cute dogs are only been owned and managed by the rich elites and lovers of pets, but on the other hand, it is a thing for hunting if such dog falls into the hands of an hunter, or someone not wealthy enough to care for him.

  Did you know that Karl Lagerfeld, the Germanist fashion icon, left $200 dollars to his cat as a will? This is something unimaginable! Does he not have human folks to inherit this huge amount of money otherwise, or no children, relatives? But he choose to do that, making his cat the richest pet in the entire world. Crazy right?
