IS ICE PRINCE THE MOST DECENT ARTIST IN NIGERIA?

On the map of the world has Nigerians as one of the finest countries filled with endowed women and handsome men, invariably this fact is also present in the Nigeria music industry. The industry has itself flooded with almost everybody looking beautiful and attractive, both male and female folks. It is no gainsay but the industry is definitely characterized by beauty and splendor, and this case one of Nigerian’s most good looking musicians happens to on this cover, Ice Prince.

Ice Prince is unarguably one of the most handsome singer and songwriter in the entertainment industry, with reverence to his decency and style of fashion. He is been considered decent with the evidence of his choice of hair cut, have you ever seen Ice Prince hairs unkept before? Clearly not. His hairs don’t grow more than the usual, I mean he doesn’t allow it. What about his choice of clothing? They are certainly off the hook. You can never spot him outside looking shabby or tattered. Surprisingly, looking good was an habit he learnt right off from his early days as a kid, to impress the girls he had a thing for with his lyrical prowess.

Born Panshak Henry Zamani (October 30, 1986), professionally known as Ice Prince hails from Minna in Niger State, at the age of 2 both him and his family relocated to the mining town of Jos in Plateau State, Nigeria. While living in Jos in Plateau State, Ice Prince attended Saint Murumba College. What may surprise many people is the fact that the same college also happens to be where Paul and Peter Okoye of P-Square schooled. Mikel Obi who is one of Nigeria’s finest soccer players also passed through the same college.

Ice Prince started his journey into music as far back as 1999 when he started writing Rap Music and performing at small social events in his school. It would be a long time before he started recording. In 2002, however, he got together with a group of friends that became the Ecomog Squad. The Ecomog Squad split in 2002 but luckily, in 2004, he met and connected with M.I, Jesse Jagz, Ruby, Lindsey, Eve, and Taz. They all became known as the “Loopy Crew”.

In his music career, which started in 2004, Ice Prince has produced quite a number of singles and albums. Some of the songs have been doing quite well receiving a lot of airplay on both televisions as well as radio. The songs have been featured in top FM stations in Abuja, Lagos, and other cities. What may surprise you is the fact that “Oleku” released in 2010 is actually the track that made him a household name.

Been a good dresser and definitely a fashionista Ice Prince has been linked with a whole lot of women as his career in music was expanding. His first reported girlfriend when he relocated to Lagos was Eva Alordiah. The rapper has a son named Jamal with a woman named Bimbo Babatunde.

No doubt Ice is one of the best dressed artiste in Nigeria and he’s on the A-list of the country’s finest celebrities.
